Account Registration and Maintenance

1. Each player may hold only one registered account on tjbet. Where multiple accounts are detected, tjbet reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances, bonuses, or pending bets.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, tjbet may require you to verify your identity. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. tjbet is committed to processing KYC requests promptly and will communicate all requirements clearly.

Deposit Rules

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. tjbet does not set a maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.
2. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits using another person's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

General Bonus Conditions

1. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

General Betting Rules

1. All bets are final once confirmed. tjbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of a clear technical error on the part of tjbet that materially affected the odds or outcome displayed.
2. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by tjbet at any time without prior notice.
3. In the event of a technical fault or connectivity disruption mid-bet, tjbet will endeavour to settle the bet based on the last confirmed state of the game. Where no reliable state can be determined, the stake will be returned to the player.
4. tjbet reserves the right to void any bet placed using odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error. In such cases the stake will be refunded in full.

The rules of each game are governed by the studio's own game rules accessible within the game interface. Crash games such as Aviator operate on provably fair algorithms; the round result is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered by tjbet or any player.
